• 12-hour shifts -- 6am - 6pm and 6pm - 6am with 3 shifts per week
• 10 patients per shift -- adult patients only
• Surgical ICU setting
• Works with fellowship-trained trauma surgeons
• No call schedule -- scheduled clinical hours only
• Surgical ICU experience required
• Day, night, and weekend shifts available
