A respected non-profit acute care hospital in Hawaii is seeking a full time Staff Pharmacist to join its collaborative inpatient pharmacy team. This position plays a vital role in supporting patient care across all age groups through safe medication dispensing, sterile compounding, and clinical coordination within a 24/7 hospital setting.

You'll join a community-focused department that values strong cultural fit, collaboration, and professional integrity. Responsibilities include IV admixture preparation (including TPN and chemotherapy), controlled substance management, and thorough review of medication orders. Candidates must have a pharmacy degree, at least 6 months of post-graduate experience, and be eligible to obtain a Hawaii pharmacist license before starting.
