• Night shift 7-on/7-off schedule -- 12-hour shifts, 7 pm - 7 am
• 10 - 20 patient encounters per shift
• Co-management with critical care team for vascular surgery ICU patients
• Floor coverage for cardiothoracic surgery patients
• No surgical or operating room duties required
• No ICU coverage for cardiothoracic surgery patients
• No call responsibilities
