**Completion or pending completion of Internal Medicine residency and Critical Care fellowship**

A well-established medical center in Georgia is currently seeking a full-time intensivist to join a robust critical care and hospital medicine team.
Schedule:
• Fifteen 12-hour shifts per month (maximum of 180 hours/month)
• Additional shifts available for extra pay
Compensation:
• Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience
• Additional pay for night shifts (7 PM – 7 AM) and hours worked beyond 180/month
• Hourly quality bonus based on performance metrics (W-2 employee)
