- 7-day call rotation -- 24-hour coverage with 9-hour minimum daily in-house
- 3 - 11 patients per day -- higher census during winter months
- Pediatric floor inpatient coverage only
- Mixed surgical and pediatric unit
- Multiple patient rounds required daily
- Average 1,800 births annually
- Lumbar puncture skills needed for emergencies only
- Ongoing coverage opportunity
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
- We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
