**Assignment Details**
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: Ongoing
- Coverage Type: Call Only
- Schedule: 7:00am-7:00am (24-hour beeper call)
- EMR: Epic
- Call Type: Beeper
- Call Response Time: 20 minutes

**Clinical Details**
- Practice Setting: Inpatient and outpatient
- Patient Volume: 7-10 patients per day for each service (CT and Vascular)
- Required Hospital Privileges: Yes
- Temporary Privileges: Not available
- Trauma Level: Not specified
- Support: No additional APP, RN, or office staff coverage
- No supervision or teaching responsibilities

**Requirements**
- Board Certified in Cardiothoracic Surgery or Vascular Surgery
- Active license (any state)
- ACLS, ATLS, and BLS required
- Fellowship trained in Cardiothoracic or Vascular Surgery
- Clean NPDB preferred

**Skills Needed**
- Cardiothoracic Surgery: All open heart, including valve procedures
- Vascular Surgery: All peripheral procedures, including dialysis access and carotid endarterectomy
