**Position Details**
- Coverage Type: No Call
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8a-5p (full-time preferred, minimum three weeks per month)
- Practice Setting: Outpatient
- EMR: Epic
- Patients Per Shift: 16-20
- Beds in Department: 16
- Support Staff: 1 RN, 1 MA, 6 APPs, 4 office staff
- Temporary Privileges: No
- Lodging: Pre-approval required for long-term housing (budget $3000/month)

**Submissions Requirements**
- Active WA license or IMLC
- Board Certified
- Clean history
- BLS required

**Skill Requirements**
- Provide comprehensive outpatient hematology and oncology care
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team including APPs and support staff
