**Assignment Details**
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: Ongoing
- Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
- Call: 2-3 weekday call shifts/week plus 1 weekend every 10 weeks
- EMR: Epic

**Clinical Details**
- Setting: Inpatient and outpatient
- Responsibilities include: new consults, ongoing treatment, symptom management, hospital rounds, and care coordination
- Support services: genetic counseling, nurse navigators, survivorship care, psycho-social support
- Infusion center and specialty pharmacy on site

**Requirements**
- Board Certified or Eligible in Hematology and Oncology
- Active OK license or IMLC
- ACLS, BLS, ATLS
- Fellowship in Hematology/Oncology
- Clean history
- **Must submit case logs with application to be considered**

- Hematologic and oncologic patient care
- Treatment administration and supportive care
- Care coordination and patient communication

**Compensation Info**
- Rates: Not published - facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided and paid for by Archway Locums
- Travel Expenses: Reimbursed
