- Support Staff: 3 RNs, 5 MAs, 1 APP, 4 office staff
- BLS required

**Submissions Requirements**
- Board Certified
- Clean history
- BLS

**Skill Requirements**
- General Urology (Adult)
- Nephrectomy
- Prostatectomy
- Incontinence procedures
- Penile prosthesis
- ESWL (Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy)
- Ureteroscopy
- TRUS biopsies
- Renal and bladder ultrasound with biopsy
- Robotic surgery
