• Monday - Friday shifts 630 am - 300 pm
• 1 - 3 surgical procedures per day
• Operating room only position
• Minimum of 3 assistants scheduled daily
• 1 call day per week with 1 backup day -- 1:4 weekend rotation
• No hospital rounding or admission duties
• First assist role for cardiothoracic procedures and vein harvesting
• Low call volume averaging 1 - 2 cases per month
