**Locums | CRNA | Inpatient | Reading, PA**
**Why This Role**
- High-volume OR coverage with a wide variety of surgical cases
- 4x10 schedule with overtime after 40 hours
- Supervised model with full support staff and anesthesiologists on site
**Assignment Details**
- Start Date: 10/6/2025
- End Date: Ongoing
- Coverage Type: No Call
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 4x10s
- EMR: Epic
**Clinical Details**
- Setting: Inpatient
- ORs: 24+
- Patient Population: All ages (no OB, low volume peds)
- Support: Anesthesia techs, SCAs, on-site anesthesiologists
- Supervised: Yes
- No call, no weekends
- Must be COVID vaccinated
**Requirements**
- Certified CRNA
- Active PA license
- Full-time availability (3-4 weeks per month)
- Ability to cover all surgical types except open hearts
- Experience with heads, mitral clips, and watchman procedures
**Skills Needed**
- General, spinal, epidural, and regional anesthesia
- Thoracic, neuro, vascular, trauma, and complex ortho cases
- Ventilation and hemodynamic management
- Central and arterial line placement
- X-ray guided blocks
- Post-op pain management
**Compensation Info**
- Rates: Not published - facility is accepting bids
- Travel Expenses: Reimbursed
