**Assignment Details**
- Start Date: July 14, 2025
- End Date: Ongoing
- Coverage Type: Clinic + Call
- Schedule: Weekday scheduled clinical hours
- Call: 1:10 rotation, beeper call with 30-minute response
- Weekend call required
- Setting: Inpatient + Outpatient
- EMR: Cerner
- Privileges: Required (temporary privileges available)
- Estimated Credentialing: ~90 days
- Facility Size: 250 beds
- Patient Load: ~4 per shift
- Support Staff: 20 RNs, 12 APPs, office staff

**Requirements**
- NBCRNA Certified (minimum 1 year of experience)
- Active New Mexico license (required, or in process/reactivation)
- Must live 90+ miles from facility
- BLS, ACLS, PALS
- Regional anesthesia experience, including ultrasound-guided blocks (case logs required; no training provided)
- Clean malpractice/background strongly preferred
- Enrollment in NM Patient Compensation Fund (PCF) required

**Clinical Details**
- Independent CRNA practice within team model
- Case Mix:
- General anesthesia (adult & pediatric)
- Orthopedics (including complex)
- Vascular (complex, excluding open heart)
- Neuro (spine, head)
- OB (epidurals, spinals, C-sections)
- Additional: Spinal/epidural anesthesia, regional anesthesia, ventilation management, central and arterial line placement, pain management techniques

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided
- Travel: Reimbursed
