- Urgent fill due to unexpected cancellation
- Large academic hospital with diverse case mix
- No hearts, OB, or blocks
**Assignment Details**
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: 12/31/2025
- Coverage Type: No Call
- Schedule: 8-hr (6:30a-3p), 10-hr (6:30a-5p), or 12-hr (6:30a-7p) shifts; 7:30a start on Thursdays
- EMR: Cerner
**Clinical Details**
- Setting: Outpatient, medical direction model (CRNA/anesthesiologist ratio 2:1 or 3:1)
- Case Types: General, orthopedics, trauma, plastics, neurosurgery, pediatrics, endoscopy, NORA, robotics, gynecology, ENT
- Excluded: Hearts, OB, blocks
- Procedures: General anesthesia, spinal anesthesia, invasive monitoring (CVP/CVC, PA catheterization, intra-arterial lines), airway management
- Support: Anesthesia techs, full surgical support team
- Trauma Level: I
**Requirements**
- Board Certified CRNA
- Active PA license
- ACLS, BLS, PALS
- Minimum 1 year experience
- Clean history preferred
**Skills Needed**
- Broad anesthesia case coverage
- Independent airway management
- Perioperative patient assessment and anesthetic planning
