**Assignment Details**
- Start: ASAP, ongoing until permanent hire
- Coverage Type: In-house call only
- Shifts: 12 or 24 hours, provider remains in hospital
- Practice Setting: Inpatient
- EMR: Cerner

**Clinical Details**
- Covers labor and delivery, OB emergency department, and inpatient consults
- OB hospitalist model with generalist partners
- Comprehensive team: REI, MFM, Gyn/Onc, Uro/Gyn
- State-of-the-art Family Birth Center
- Maternal flight team for aeromedical transport

**Requirements**
- Board Certified or Eligible in OB/GYN
- BLS
- Comfortable with both low and high-risk pregnancies
- Proficient in OB ultrasound (Level I and II), vaginal and C-section deliveries, breech, multiple births, and repair of 3rd/4th degree lacerations
- Active license (any state considered)
- Clean history

**Skills Needed**
- Low and high-risk pregnancy management
- FHR interpretation
- OB ultrasound performance and interpretation
- Vaginal delivery, low forceps delivery, decision-making for C-section
- Complicated deliveries: C-section, breech, multiples, abruptions, VBACs
- Repair of 3rd and 4th degree lacerations
