**Assignment Details**
- Start: ASAP
- End: Ongoing (high-volume coverage Dec 2025 - Mar 2026)
- Schedule: Mon-Fri, 7:00a-3:30p or 7:00a-5:30p (30 min unpaid lunch)
- Coverage type: Hospital-based, medical direction care team model
- Average daily cases: 80-100
- Setting: 20 ORs, 3 minor procedure rooms, 6 endo suites
- Trauma level: 2
- EMR: Epic

**Clinical Details**
- All ages, including healthy pediatric patients
- Case mix: Ortho, GI, Vascular, GYN, Neuro, ortho trauma, acute trauma, ENT, healthy peds, robotics
- Large variety of general and complex cases

**Requirements**
- NBCRNA
- Active MI license or compact license
- BLS
- COVID vaccination
- Local/drive-in candidates only (no flights)

**Compensation Info**
- Rates: Not published - facility is accepting bids (hourly rate cap $300)
- Malpractice: Provided and paid for by Archway Locums
- Travel Expenses: Reimbursed
