**Assignment Details**
- Start: As soon as credentialed
- Schedule: Prefer Thursday-Monday 7a-7a, will accept Friday-Monday 7a-7a
- Coverage: 24-hour call
- Setting: Inpatient hospital-based neurosurgery
- Trauma level: 1
- ORs: 12
- Patient demographic: Ages 17 and above
- EMR: Epic

**Clinical Details**
- Adult and trauma neurosurgery cases including tumor removal, brain bleed stoppage, trauma repair, shunt procedures, cranial burr holes, intracranial pressure monitoring, ventriculostomy, discectomy, laminectomy, spinal fusion, spine stabilization and reconstruction
- Placement of arterial/venous access, vasoactive/sedating substance administration, lumbar puncture, lumbar drain placement, CSF sampling, EEG interpretation, ICP and CCP data management, hypothermia management
- High-volume, high-complexity case mix

**Requirements**
- Board certified
- Active CO license
- BLS, ACLS, ATLS
- COVID-19 vaccine
- Must be available for weekend coverage as described
- Clean history
- Fellowship training preferred but not required

- Rates: Not published - facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided and paid for by Archway Locums
- Travel Expenses: Reimbursed
