**Clinical Details**
- Deliver conventional radiotherapy, 3D radiotherapy, IMRT, IGRT, and SBRT
- Perform photon beam radiation therapy, stereotactic radiosurgery, and fractionated stereotactic radiotherapy
- Order imaging and tests, prescribe treatments, and manage ongoing care

**Requirements**
- Board certified
- BLS
- Active OH license or IMLC
- Active OH DEA

**Compensation Info**
- Rates: Not published - facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided and paid for by Archway Locums
- Travel Expenses: Reimbursed
