**Locums | NP/PA - Cardiovascular Surgery | Call Only | Dothan, AL (IMLC accepted)**
**Why This Role**
- 24-hour call-only assignment supporting cardiovascular surgery
- Opportunity to work alongside an employed CV surgeon in a busy inpatient setting
- Multiple block dates available through the end of the year
**Assignment Details**
- Start: 9/25/2025
- End: Ongoing
- Coverage Dates: Sept 25 - Oct 3, Nov 25 - Dec 2, Dec 23 - Jan 3 (7a-7a)
- Setting: Inpatient
- Coverage Type: Call only (no clinic)
- Call Type: Beeper, 30-minute response time
- EMR: Cerner
- Patients Seen: 3-5 per shift
- Trauma Level: N/A
**Clinical Details**
- Round on post-operative inpatients (2-3 hours/day)
- Available for scheduled and emergency surgical procedures
- Primary skill needed: Endoscopic vein harvesting (Terumo system)
- RNFA preferred
- Surgical experience required
**Requirements**
- NP or PA with surgical experience
- ACLS, BLS
- Active AL license or IMLC
- RNFA preferred
**Compensation Info**
- Rates: Not published - facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided and paid for by Archway Locums
- Travel Expenses: Reimbursed
