**Assignment Details**
- Dates:
- Clinic + Night Call: Oct 6-10, Nov 10-14, Dec 22-26
- 24-Hour Weekend Call: Oct 11-12, Nov 15-16, Dec 27-28
- Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8-hour days plus weeknight call; weekend call is 24 hours
- Setting: Hospital-based pediatric IR
- EMR: Epic, Sentrax

**Clinical Details**
- Perform interventional radiology procedures with focus on angiography and embolization (avg. 5-6/day)
- Pediatric IR case coverage including non-angio procedures during specific periods
- Work collaboratively with adult IR team for shared coverage

**Requirements**
- Board certified
- Active OH license
- IR fellowship trained
- Clean history
- Documented experience and case logs for angiography and embolization

**Compensation Info**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided and paid for by Archway Locums
- Travel Expenses: Reimbursed
