• Monday, Wednesday, Friday schedule -- 9am - 4:30pm
• 8 - 13 patients per day
• Outpatient family practice setting
• Handles patients aged 5 - 99 years
• Experience with physical exams and wellness assessments
• Chronic conditions management required
• 2 years experience required
• Hospital privileges required
