• 12-hour shifts -- 7 days on/7 days off schedule, 7am - 7pm or 7pm - 7am
• Average 10 patients per shift
• Critical care coverage across MICU, SICU, and ED
• Strong background in neurosurgery and neurocritical care required
• No call responsibilities
