**Assignment Details**
- Start: ASAP - ongoing
- Schedule: Mon-Thurs (8s, 10s, 12s), Fridays preferred 8s only
- 8-hr: 6:30a–2:30p
- 10-hr: 6:30a–5:00p
- 12-hr: 6:30a–7:00p (handoff)
- Full-time only
- Setting: Inpatient
- Trauma Level: 3
- EMR: Epic
- Call: Backup overnight call available

**Clinical Details**
- Provide anesthesia care for a variety of surgical cases
- Option to supervise CRNAs or self-manage cases
- Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes

**Requirements**
- Board certified or truly board eligible within 5 years of residency
- Active CO license or IMLC
- BLS, ACLS, PALS
- Flu vaccination (medical exemptions allowed)
- Clean history

**Compensation Info**
- Rates (capped): hourly rate cap $420
- Malpractice: Provided and paid for by Archway Locums
- Travel Expenses: Reimbursed
