Buffalo Niagara Anesthesia is seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join the team at Kaleida Health, serving Buffalo General Medical Center and Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital in Buffalo, NY. Key Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia for a broad range of cases, including general surgery, orthopedics, neurology, urology, vascular, and more.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and anesthesia levels throughout surgical procedures.
• Provide regional and general anesthesia for both inpatient and outpatient cases.
• Collaborate closely with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and nursing staff to deliver optimal patient care.
• Ensure proper patient assessment and develop individualized anesthesia care plans.
• Participate in pre- and post-operative care and patient follow-ups.
• Manage complex cases with a high level of clinical autonomy.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $250,000–$260,000 annually*
• $50,000 Sign-On Bonus
• Overtime opportunities available ($175/hr over 80 productive hours in a pay period.)

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification required
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Nurse Anesthesia
• Current RN and CRNA license in the state of New York (or eligible for licensure)
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to work independently
• Experience with a wide range of surgical procedures preferred
