• Case Mix: Complete Ortho, Pediatric, Regional & Thoracic. 
• Required Procedures: - General Anesthesia (Adult & Peds), Spinal Anesthesia, Regional Anesthesia Surgery, Central Line & Arterial Line placement. 
• No. of ORs: 3 
• EMR: Epic 
• Other Info: - No supervision. - Responsible for preparing anesthesia cart. 
• Hospital Privileges Required: Yes
