Job Description

You'll oversee pharmacy services across multiple small hospitals and care sites--spanning acute care, infusion, ambulatory, retail, and medication safety--bringing strategic vision and operational excellence to the communities that count on you.

This is more than a management position--it's a chance to elevate an entire system by driving quality improvement, optimizing 340B program performance, expanding service lines, and fostering collaboration across clinical and business teams. The health system is looking for a proven leader with 10+ years as a pharmacist (including 5+ in progressive inpatient hospital leadership) who thrives in integrated healthcare environments. Bachelor's in Pharmacy required; PharmD and/or MBA preferred. NH license or eligibility needed.
