• Monday - Friday schedule, 8 am - 5 pm with 36 clinical hours plus 4 admin hours
• Average 18 patients per day -- 10 patients per 4-hour session
• Outpatient family practice clinic
• All patient charts must be completed within clinic hours
• Pediatric to geriatric patient population -- will consider adult/IM focus
• Pain management and chronic pain experience required
• Community health center/FQHC setting
• 3 years experience required -- prefer outpatient family practice setting
