• 100% outpatient practice with Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm schedule
• No weekends, no evenings, no newborn rounding, no C-section coverage
• Light call schedule shared 1:4 to 1:6 with phone coverage only
• Manageable daily patient volume of 20 - 25 patients
• Board-certified pediatrician needed to replace retiring physician
