**Assignment Details**
- Start: ASAP
- Schedule: Monday-Friday clinic, 8a-5p, plus 24-hour call coverage
- Call: Inpatient/ED consults, follow-ups in clinic, surgical cases as needed
- Trauma Level: 3
- Support: 1 nurse per provider, 3 cast techs (shared), 2 surgery schedulers (shared), ancillary staff, IM/FM residents, PA students
- EMR: GE Centricity (clinic), Epic (hospital)
- Average Hospital Census: 160 patients/day (mostly consults)
- Exam Rooms: 2 per provider plus 3 cast rooms

**Clinical Details**
- Total hip, knee, and shoulder replacement
- Hand, wrist, knee, shoulder, hip, ankle, and foot surgeries
- Trauma injuries, fracture care, sports medicine
- Teaching opportunities available

**Requirements**
- Board Certified Orthopedic Surgery
- Active IA license or IMLC
- Clean history
- Availability of at least 2 weeks/month
- Willingness to supervise APPs

**Compensation Info**
- Rates capped:
- Hourly cap: $350
- 24-hour call cap: $2,700
- Night call cap: $350
