UT Health East Texas is seeking a Family Medicine APP to join its Jacksonville Clinic

About the Position:

• Join a team of 1 Physicians and 1 APP
• Average patient load of 18-23 per day
• M-F 8a to 5p
• Outpatient only, no weekend requirement
• EMR: EPIC
