- 12-hour shifts (7a-7p or 7p-7a) or 24-hour shifts (7a-7a) based on preference
- 40-bed level III NICU
- 24/7 in-house neonatologist coverage
- Single-family room NICU model
- On-site pediatric surgery and cardiology support
- HFOV, HFJV, nitric oxide, and therapeutic hypothermia procedures
- New NNP program launch -- building team from ground up
- No routine newborn nursery coverage required
