• 16-hour night shifts, 4 pm - 8 am -- minimum 4 shifts per month
• Level III NICU with 14-bed capacity
• Solo night coverage with neonatologist backup available by phone
• Established NICU with dedicated nursing staff
• Coverage needed for facility expansion
• Procedures include intubations, central lines, and chest tube placement
• Responsibilities include admits, discharges, rounding, and high-risk deliveries
• 3-month assignments with potential to extend
