- Monday - Friday 6:30am - 3pm schedule with 1:4 pager call
- 15 cases per day -- 80% general, 20% OB
- 6 ORs, 1 C-section room, and 2 GI suites
- Solo call coverage without CRNA support
- Patient mix: 90% adult, 9% healthy pediatric, 1% neonatal
- Proficiency required in spinal, epidural, and regional anesthesia
- Bread and butter cases -- general surgery, ortho, urology, ENT, OB
- Equal distribution of cases among providers
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
