Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call

Schedule:
Clinic: 4 days per week (8a–5p, ~15–20 patients/day)
Hospital: M–F, varies
Average deliveries: ~6 per physician per week
Call: 1 in 4 rotation
24-hour in-house call not required
Call back ~80% (weekday + weekend)

OB ~80%, GYN ~20%
CNMs generally cover weekends as first call
Group: 3 OB/GYNs + 2 CNMs (virtual MFM support)
Nursery: Level II, transfers coordinated via central DocLine
Beds: 39 (4 ICU)
EMR: Epic (clinic + hospital)

Clinical Scope
Obstetrics
Low-risk and high-risk pregnancy (50/50 mix)
FHR interpretation (NST/CST/FSE)
OB ultrasounds (Level I/screening)
Vaginal deliveries, low forceps, C-sections
Complicated deliveries (breech, multiples, abruptions, etc.)
Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations
Gynecology
Office/minor GYN: IUD, colposcopy, cystoscopy, cryosurgery, LEEP
Surgical GYN:
Open & laparoscopic (tubal ligation, LOAs, chromopertubation)
Operative/major: ectopic pregnancy, ovary removal, cystectomy

Requirements
Board Certified OB/GYN (ABMS/AOA)
Active CO license or IMLC
Must be available full-time (≥3 weeks/month, no exceptions)
COVID vaccination required
Experience with Epic – must disclose # of years and last month/year of use
