- Balanced practice mix: 50% low risk OB, 50% high risk OB, plus office GYN
- Supportive team of 3 OB/GYNs and 2 CNMs (CNMs generally take first call on weekends)
- Level II nursery with transfer protocol to higher NICU
- Epic EMR for both clinic and hospital

**Assignment Details**
- Dates: Starting ASAP, ongoing
- Schedule: M-F, clinic 8a-5p, hospital varies
- Call: 1 in 4 rotation, ~8 call days/month
- Response time: 20 minutes
- Patients per day: 15-20 in clinic
- Deliveries: ~6 per physician per week (~300 annually)
- Beds: 39 total, 4 ICU
- Trauma level: III

**Clinical Details**
- Obstetrics: Low and high risk pregnancy management, vaginal and C-section deliveries, breech, multiples, complications, repair of 3rd/4th lacerations
- FHR interpretation: NST, CST, FSE
- Gynecology: IUD, cystoscopy, colposcopy, cryosurgery, LEEP
- Surgical GYN: Open, laparoscopic, ectopic pregnancy, ovary removal, cystectomy

**Requirements**
- Board Certified OB/GYN (ABMS/AOA)
- Active CO license or IMLC
- Full-time availability (minimum 3 weeks per month required)
- COVID vaccination
- Must disclose years of Epic experience and last date of use

**Compensation Info**
- Rates: Not published - facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided and paid for by Archway Locums
- Travel Expenses: Reimbursed
