Job Summary:

Mission Health is seeking an advanced practice provider to join the Behavioral Health team in Asheville, NC.

Qualified Candidates:

• Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Will work three 12-hour day shifts (9 am – 9 pm) per week with rotating weekends
• Will be responsible for pre-existing disease management and medication management of non-psychiatric origin for in-patient adult psych patients
• Please note that this position does not offer visa support

About Mission’s Behavioral Health Services:

• Three adult, one geriatric, one child, and one adolescent inpatient unit - totaling 82 beds
• 23-bed emergency department psychiatric evaluation area and 10-bed behavioral health pod in the new Mission Hospital emergency department
• In addition, new 120-bed freestanding psychiatric hospital to open in 2023
