- High acuity cases -- ASA 3+ common
- General anesthesia for trauma, neuro, ENT, urology, GI, orthopedics
- No call responsibilities
- Dedicated teams handle blocks, OB, complex peds, cardiac
- Trauma experience required
- Minimum 3 weeks per month availability
- Ongoing coverage potential
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
