- 40% pediatric patients age 6+ months, ASA 1-3
- CRNA support -- team handles MAC cases exclusively
- Outpatient surgical center setting
- ENT and ophthalmology procedures only
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
