**Assignment Details**
- Start Date: As soon as available
- End Date: 3 months with option to extend
- Type of Coverage: Inpatient
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
- EMR: Cerner

**Clinical Details**
- Surgical Cases: 7 to 20 per day depending on type
- Pain Management Cases: 0 to 10 per day
- Patient Population: Pediatric to geriatric (excluding neonates)
- Support Staff: Surgeon, supervising MDA, RN, scrub tech, first assist or resident

**Requirements**
- MI license
- Board Certified CRNA (NBCRNA)
- ACLS and BLS (AHA)
- DEA and CSR
- Clean history
- Willing to do pediatric cases

**Skills Needed**
- General anesthesia and IV sedation
- General surgery (adult and pediatric)
- Plastic, ENT, orthopedic, podiatry, robotic surgery
- Flexibility to float to affiliated surgery centers

**Compensation Info**
- Rates: $165/hr cap
- Malpractice: Provided and paid for by Archway Locums
- Travel Expenses: Reimbursed
