- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10-hour shifts (4x10s available)
- EMR: Epic

**Clinical Details**
- Patients Per Shift: ~50
- Facility Size: 720 beds with 24 ORs
- Trauma Level: 1
- Patient Population: Age 1 year and older
- Support Staff: Anesthesiologists, LPNs, RNs, anesthesia techs, 3 NPs

**Requirements**
- Board Certified Anesthesiologist
- ACLS, BLS, PALS
- MI license not required to bid (any active state license considered)
- Clean malpractice and NPDB history
- Must provide minimum of 2 weeks per month availability (full-time preferred)

**Skills Needed**
- General, trauma, spinal, epidural, and regional anesthesia
- Obstetrical and neurosurgical (head and spine) cases
- Complex orthopedic and vascular cases (excluding open heart)
- Pain management techniques including post-op epidurals, extremity blocks, epidural steroids, transforaminal procedures
- Central line, arterial line, and PA catheter placement
- Ventilation and acute hemodynamic management
- CRNA supervision

**Compensation Info**
- Rates: Not published – facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided and paid for by Archway Locums
- Travel Expenses: Reimbursed
