**Requirements**
- CO license or IMLC
- Board Certified in Urology
- BLS and DEA
- Clean history
- Availability for specified date ranges and ongoing 3 weeks/month commitment

**Assignment Details**
- Start Date: September 8, 2025
- End Date: Ongoing
- Type of Coverage: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call
- Schedule:
- Mon–Fri: 7a-5p with 5p-7a night call
- Sat–Sun: 24-hour call (7a-7a)
- EMR: Epic

**Clinical Details**
- Trauma Level: III
- Clinic Patients: 6-12 per day
- Case Mix: General urology surgeries, clinic visits, emergency call coverage
- Average Call Back: ~1.7 hrs/night call, ~3.2 hrs/24-hr call
- Support Staff: MAs, NP/PA, RNs
- Setting: Inpatient, outpatient, ER, clinic

**Skills Needed**
- General urology clinic and surgical procedures
- Emergency and inpatient urology coverage
- OR procedures including biopsies, cystoscopy, and surgical interventions
- Ability to manage inpatient and ER consults

**Compensation Info**
- Rates Capped:
- Hourly: $400
- 24-Hour Call: $2,500 (4 gratis hours included)
- Call Back: $400/hr after gratis hours
- Malpractice: Provided
- Travel Expenses: Reimbursed
