- WA license or IMLC
- Board Certified in Cardio Thoracic Surgery
- ABLS, ACLS, ATLS
- Clean history
- Willing to supervise APPs

**Assignment Details**
- Start Date: September 1, 2025

- Type of Coverage: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7a-5p
- Call Type: Beeper
- Call Response Time: 30 minutes
- EMR: Epic

**Clinical Details**
- Setting: Inpatient only
- Duties: OR coverage and inpatient rounding (no clinic)
- Call: Shared after hours and weekends
- Support Staff: Physicians and APPs, direct supervision required
- Patient Volume: TBD

**Skills Needed**
- Cardiac/thoracic: CABG (on/off pump), valvular repair/replacement, aneurysm repair (cardiac/aorto-thoracic), congenital defects (ASD, VSD, PFO), TAVR
- Thoracic: Lung resections including VATS, chest wall/pleural, esophagus and diaphragm procedures
- Device/procedures: Pacemaker, AICD, LVAD
- Critical care: Vent management, acute volume/BP management
- Lines: Central, arterial, PA catheter, IABP
- Vascular (preferred): Open and endovascular cases, aneurysm repair, bypass, endarterectomy
