**Requirements**
- Active Oregon medical license and DEA
- Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology
- BLS certification
- Minimum 90 days to credential
- Prior experience in bone marrow biopsies preferred

**Assignment Details**
- Start Date: 12/1/2025
- End Date: Ongoing
- Coverage Type: Outpatient, no call
- Schedule: ~3 shifts per week, 10-hour guaranteed shifts, OT applies after 10 hours
- EMR: Epic
- Credentialing Timeframe: ~90 days

**Clinical Details**
- Setting: Outpatient hematology oncology clinic
- Patients Per Shift: ~10
- Infusion Center: 9 infusion chairs, 4 exam rooms
- Services: Palliative care, dietician, oncology nurse navigator, social work onsite
- Support Staff: 6 RNs, 2 MAs, 1 NP, 6 office staff
- Strong nurse manager leadership and interdisciplinary collaboration

**Skills Needed**
- General hematology oncology
- Bone marrow biopsy experience (preferred)
- Patient-centered oncology care in an outpatient setting

**Compensation Info**
- Rates: Facility accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided and paid by Archway Locums
- Travel: Reimbursed
