Job Description
All applicants must be a graduate of an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy and have at least three years of acute care hospital pharmacist experience in a lead, supervisory, or management level position. A PharmD and Oregon licensure are preferred (or eligible to obtain prior to starting), along with strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and the ability to thrive in a rural hospital setting.
