**Assignment Details**
- Start Date: December 24, 2025 (8a) - January 3, 2026 (8a), plus **ongoing** dates
- Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call
- Schedule: 8a-4p onsite coverage, evening call 4p-8a; 24-hour call on weekends
- Patients per Day: Average 10-15 procedures during 8-hour day shifts
- Average Callbacks: Varies, normally emergencies only
- EMR: Epic

**Requirements**
- Board Certified in Interventional Radiology
- ND license or IMLC
- ACLS and BLS
- Clean history strongly preferred
- Must have hands-on experience with all listed required procedures

**Clinical Details**
- Scope: Broad general interventional radiology procedures
- Typical Procedures:
- Angiography and diagnostic vascular interventions
- Angioplasty and stenting (venous and arterial)
- Thrombolytic therapy and embolization therapy
- Central lines, PICCs, port placements, IVC filters
- TIPS, drainage/aspiration, biopsies
- Paracentesis, thoracentesis, abscess drainage
- Pain management procedures, vertebroplasty, arthrograms
- Uterine artery embolization, Y90/TACE, gastrostomy tube insertion
- Nephrostomy, ureteral stent insertion, renal fistulograms
- Cryoablation
- Stroke thrombectomy preferred but not required

**Compensation**
- Rates (capped)
- Daily (8a - 4p): $4750
- 24h Call with 4 gratis hours: $4300
- Callback: $475/hour after gratis hours
- Holiday Daily: $7625
- Holiday 24h Call with 4 gratis hours: $6,950
- Holiday Callback: $765/hour
- Malpractice: Provided
- Travel Expenses: Reimbursed
