Rates:
Regular Hourly: $340/hour
24 hour call: Max: $1800.00
Night call: $370/night
Call back: $430/hour

Job Details:
Coverage type: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call
Schedule: 1 of every 4 weeks, Monday 7:00 AM – Monday 7:00 AM
Inpatient coverage 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Night call 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Call type: Beeper; 20-minute response time
Call ratio: 1:4
Setting: Inpatient, critical care focused
Average daily patients: 10–12
Beds: TBD
EMR: Epic
Stroke certified, Level 1 trauma center

Clinical Focus:
Strictly Advanced Heart Failure need (no transplant aspect)
Work alongside 3 staff physicians
Heavy critical care responsibilities

Must be fully competent in:
Management of ECMO (VV & VA)
Impella
Durable LVADs
Participate in shock program
Serve as primary attending for ECMO and LVAD cases

Requirements:
Board certified (Internal Medicine – Advanced Heart Failure / Cardiology)
Active WA license or IMLC accepted
ACLS and BLS required
Fellowship in Advanced Heart Failure or Critical Care Cardiology required
Experience managing ECMO and LVAD patients
Clean malpractice and credentialing history
Will not accept multiple providers (single coverage need only)

Seattle, Washington – located at the Cherry Hill campus, a major cardiac specialty hub. Offers city amenities with access to the Puget Sound and surrounding mountains.
