Job Details

• Functions as 1 Critical Care Team with CHRISTUS Santa Rosa-New Braunfels
  • Work 1 week at San Marcos, 1 week at New Braunfels
• Full-Time W-2 position with benefits (14-15 shifts/month)
• 131 Hospital Beds
• Level IV Trauma Center
• EMR: Epic
• Open ICU
• Average Daily Encounters: 6-11
• Flexible schedule; not necessarily 7 on / 7 off
• Day: 1 Physician 7a-7p
• Physician on-call 7p-7a
• Requirements:
  • Board Certification in Critical Care & Pulmonology
  • Must have at least 1 year of experience
  • Must have Active TX license & DEA
  • Must be available to start in 2024
  • Must provide procedure logs

Originating in 1923 as Hays County Soldiers, Sailors and Marines Memorial Hospital, CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Hospital-San Marcos is now part of CHRISTUS Santa Rosa, a large Catholic, faith-based nonprofit health and wellness ministry. The hospital specializes in Joint Replacement, Emergency Services, Cardiac & Stroke Services, Women's Health, and Robotic Surgery.
