- Ongoing need beginning with December 2025 coverage, then one week per month in 2026

**Assignment Details**
- Start Date: 12/19/2025
- End Date: Ongoing (1 week per month in 2026)
- Coverage Type: Call Only
- Schedule: 24-hour call with onsite call back plus 2 hours morning rounding (8a-10a)
- EMR: Epic

**Requirements**
- Board Certified or Eligible in Neurosurgery
- Active OH license or IMLC
- ACLS and BLS
- DEA
- Clean history

**Clinical Details**
- Scope: General adult neurosurgery and trauma with pediatric cranial trauma preferred
- Required Procedures:
- ICP or EVD monitoring and placement
- Spinal instrumentation (cervical, thoracic, lumbar)
- Spinal surgery without instrumentation
- Emergent cranial trauma including craniotomy and craniectomy
- Preferred Procedures:
- VP shunt
- Pediatric neurosurgery
- Support: 2 neurosurgery APPs (6a-6p) and 1 resident (6p-6a)

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
