**Why This Role**

- Facility open to non-Alaska licensed providers willing to apply quickly
**Assignment Details**
- Start Date: 10/06/2025
- End Date: Ongoing
- Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours (No Call)
- Schedule: Day shift coverage; details set by facility; mid-November–February focus period
- EMR: Paper charting
**Requirements**
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Any active state license or ability to obtain Alaska license (facility will reimburse for licensing)
- ACLS required
- Clean history
**Clinical Details**
- Full-spectrum CRNA coverage
- Inpatient and outpatient
- Level 3 trauma facility
**Typical Procedures/Responsibilities**
- General anesthesia (adult, pediatric, neonatal, trauma)
- Spinal, epidural, and regional anesthesia
- Obstetric cases
- Spine neurosurgical anesthesia
- Thoracic and complex orthopedic cases
- Post-op epidural and extremity block management
- Ventilation management and acute hemodynamic support
- Use of x-ray guidance in performance of blocks
**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided
- Travel: Reimbursed
