**Assignment Details**
- Start Date: 01/05/2026
- End Date: Ongoing
- Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call
- Schedule: 7 days on / 7 days off; inpatient care 8a–5p with overnight call; OT applies after 10 hrs/day
- Patients per Day: ~20
- Call Details: Beeper call, 20-minute response time, nights included during service week
- EMR: Epic

**Requirements**
- Board Certified in General Psychiatry
- Board Eligible in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry
- Active Alaska license or ability to obtain temporary license (5–6 weeks)
- BLS
- Clean history
- Demonstrated experience treating adults, children, and adolescents

**Clinical Details**
- Scope: Comprehensive inpatient psychiatry with additional consult liaison and community program support
- Typical Procedures/Responsibilities:
- Inpatient psychiatric care for adults and adolescents
- Participation in code stroke/psychiatric emergency response teams
- Consult liaison support across medical floors including pediatrics
- Management of affective, anxiety, psychotic, personality, eating, and developmental disorders
- Familiarity with involuntary commitments and use of pharmacotherapy, group therapy, and family therapy

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
- OT applied after 10 hrs/day, not 40 hrs/week
- Malpractice: Provided
- Travel: Reimbursed
