• Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm or Monday - Thursday 8 am - 6 pm
• 4 - 5 patients treated per day
• Home health setting
• Experience with dysphagia/swallow assessment required
• Treats CVA, ALS, MS, and dementia patients
• Home health or SNF rehab background preferred
• Cognitive and aphasia care experience required
• 13-week assignment length

Per week (based on a 40-hour work week). Includes estimated taxable wages of $23.00 - $50.33 per hour and estimated tax-free reimbursements for meals, incidentals, and housing of $900 - $1,400 per week based on GSA guidelines (subject to eligibility, location, and seasonal adjustment).
